合同会社WAII（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリ、Webサイトその他のサービス（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
当社のアプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先などの個人情報を取得・送信しません。学習の進み具合や設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。
2. App内課金について
App内課金の決済はAppleが処理します。当社はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。購入状況の確認には、Appleが提供する仕組み（StoreKit）を使用します。
3. 広告・解析ツール
当社のアプリは、第三者の広告配信ツールやトラッキングを目的とした解析ツールを使用していません。【要記入：今後クラッシュレポートや解析ツールを導入する場合は、ここに名称と目的を記載】
4. お問い合わせ時の情報
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、当社はお名前・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容を、回答および対応の記録のためにのみ利用し、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。
5. 安全管理
当社は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
6. 開示・訂正・削除等のご請求
当社が保有するご本人の情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトでお知らせします。

WAII LLC ("we") respects your privacy. This policy applies to our apps, website and related services.
Information we collect. Our apps do not collect or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, location or contacts. Learning progress and settings are stored only on your device.
In-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details. Purchase status is verified through Apple's StoreKit.
Advertising and analytics. Our apps do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Contacting us. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to respond to you, and we do not share them with third parties except as required by law.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of any personal information we hold about you.
Changes. We may update this policy and will post any changes on this page.
